1. The staff was very nice to my kids and there is a courtesy town car that will drop you off at shops, restaurants nearby so you don't have to take your car in and out of valet.

9. The hotel is ageing, there's no getting around that, but whilst its a bit wrinkly, the staff were friendly and helpful and I must say the wifi connection is fast and included in the price of the room, which is good.
