This hotel is very close to the side of campus I needed to go to, so I could walk, thereby saving money on a car rental, parking, etc. The staff was friendly: when a mysterious toxic smell showed up in my room on day 2 (probably due to nearby construction), the clerk personally verified the smell and helped me move my things to a new room.

5. Long story short, after a month of harassing the motel(calling almost every day), I finaly got my money back.

7. The hotel is not as fancy or new as the Phoenix Inn, but for less money we got a clean room the same size with a sofa bed instead of a small loveseat.
