4. It was obviously an older motel, but the lobby was very nicely done and all the desk staff I encountered were professional and friendly.

5. There isn't a gift shop on the premises, but there's a shop with drinks, snacks, magazines, etc. just off the lobby in the City Center walkway that is open until 9:00 p.m. Overall a good experience this time around.
