2. There are a couple clubs across the street, be sure to ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel, or at least several doors from the end.

3. Upon leaving the hotel to walk to our conference, we didn't feel overly safe on the street- I think this hotel is on the edge of where the OK area meets the not-so OK area but hey I guess that's how it is in Detroit.

4. again with others, but I would not stay here alone for reasons of not feeling safe due to the location once you walk out of the hotel and onto the street.

5. Cabs are NOT easy to get in downtown Detroit and they are expensive (you can easily get a cab FROM the hotel to where ever you are going, hard to get a cab BACK, Detroit is not NY, Chicago or Las Vegas) So I would recommend this Hilton, as again, you can walk to Greektown, and it's right across the street from the Stadiums.

7. We were on the 3rd floor and our window faced the main street.

8. It was a five minute walk to the stadium and Ford Field is right across the street.
