4. Besides the gagging smelll of the smoke, the blow dryer did not work, there were disgusting stains on the bathroom wall and shower curtain, cracked sink, burn holes in carpet and the towel bar fell off.

5. The hotel was wonderful, however, after staying three days the linens were not changed, the third day we received only half the towels as the previous two days, and the coffee pot had grounds remaining in it.

7. We left the room for a day and came back at 10 pm to discover our room had not been cleaned, no fresh towels, etc. Management did send a cleaning person at 10:30 pm to clean the room.
