9. It's brand new, so you get the benefits of being in a brand new building - i.e. no grimy corners and broken handles, etc. I think this is a perfect hotel for business travels or for families on the go.

10. Right now, there is a huge construction project going on behind the hotel and they seem to be working on it with backhows, etc, in the evening as well as the day.
