Staff was very pleasant and helpful (almost too helpful--we were surprised when my 11 year old approached front desk and said he needed a new key card and they gave him one with only our room number--no id required and no adult with him-We knew he was asking but thought security would be a bit tighter).

5. I requested a late checkout the day before checkout, and the front desk was very accommodating, and upfront about the fact that if I wanted to check out later than 3:00pm it would be a half day, but up to there it is not.

Stephen on the front desk was a pleasant smiling asset to the hotel, the chambrmaids did a great job of cleaning and replenishing the bedroom each day, the restaurant staff always had a smile on their faces and the food was great and the bar area was a nice quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine at night - the whole hotel was incredibly clean and a delight to stay in.
