1. Even though the service was complimentary I think most guest feel obligated to tip the attendants, which was NOT what I signed up for.

2. Listen up the construction makes check in a mess,and that's part of the experience,sorry comp valet parking is no improcement,the room had no Internet guest service was no help,read this like other travelers dial on comfort had NO EFFECT bed very hard no one slept well in the family.

5. New slick and shiny hotel with great rooms and service - Breakfast 1st class and a cosy bar Fireplace in a modern open foyer and loads of great restaurants in Cherry Creek - it doesn't get any better than this.
