4. My complaint is the lack of on-site facilities: the lobby restaurant/bar closes early - husband and I arrived late in the evening and wanted a nightcap before going to bed, but the bar was closed at 11 p.m. And, the lobby restrooms were locked at this time too - the front desk manager had to call facilities to open them.

5. When I went back down to the counter the alledged manager told me they were all booked up and it was my fault for using Expedia to book the room.

6. Another kudos was that I lost an earring & emailed the management when I got home who forwarded it to the Housekeeping manager who immediatedly called & confirmed it was mine & mailed it to me .
