5. We like staying at Embassy Suites and probably feel that you get a little more for your dollar there, but our stay was adequate and we experienced no problems, but had this not been a business trip we probably would not have chosen this hotel for the rate of $160.

10. We had a problem with one of the TV's in the room (we had a suite), made a call to the front desk and maintenance was there within 5 minutes, fixing the problem right away (loose cable in the back).
