1. The hotel is sparkling clean and recently renovated with all the latest touches: nicer sheets/bedding, flat screen TV`s, modern lobby, etc. But what sets this hotel apart from similar hotels in the same vicinity is the management and staff`s level of service that they provide.

3. The room was good, comfortable bed, though still with the relatively low quality sheets that you get at Courtyard (not really a criticism - when you're not paying top dollar, you shouldn't expect the high end luxuries).
