4. Despite this hotels areas for opportunity I very much liked it, because of its location and the fact that I was able to get a great room rate (nearly 60% off) through Priceline.

6. When I asked to speak to the manager they moved me to a different equally shabby room- and then charged me MORE than the agreed upon rate- as it was an 'upgrade'.

8. In conclusion I would book this hotel again, but not at the regular rates they charge, as some of the other hotels in the area including the Hampton Inn offer a free breakfast, as well larger rooms for slightly less money.

9. The car service only charges $65 for going to DIA and the rate is fixed.

10. We like staying at Embassy Suites and probably feel that you get a little more for your dollar there, but our stay was adequate and we experienced no problems, but had this not been a business trip we probably would not have chosen this hotel for the rate of $160.
