1. I called the front desk to make them aware and the response i received from the front desk manager was ' no sir, our system indicates you are in a king size room.

5. When I approached the front desk the hotel manager said 'We sold your room too and we don't have any more rooms available!' I proceeded to tell him 'you have my money, I paid already for 3 nights, you charged my credit card.

As I screamed at the hotel manager a local policeman standing in the lobby pulled me aside and said 'Just don't hurt him, this is a problem hotel, we never hear anything positive about this place, even the food is bad, scream all you want, they deserve it, just don't hit him!' I knew then this was an ongoing problem and I made a mistake booking this hotel, needless to say it was 11pm at night with nowhere to go.
