4. We had a balcony suite but the door had no latch soyou could not lock it.

5. I also asked about upgrading to a room with a balcony which i saw on the website but guess they are just for show, the clerk said you can't access the balconies because they are not up to code.

6. There was no outdoor furniture on the balcony and the balcony area was grubby with a bare concrete floor (untiled) which needed a reallygood clean up and you could not sit out there because there was nowhere to sit.
