From the valets (complimentary parking with your stay and they carry your luggage to your room and bring you a bucket of ice) to the desk staff to the waiter at the restaurant to the bartender - it's evident that the staff here are genuinely pleasant, and very concerned about providing a positive experience for guests.

7. the valet service was amazing and would highly recommend paying the $15 because we were not really sure where the self parking was located and the valeted cars are kept in a secure lot.

9. Also, the upper parking lot where we parked above the restaurant turned into a mud pit after a rainstorm, which made getting out of there a messy prospect.
