2. We had to request a coffee pot (twice actually, since the first one didn't work) because those aren't included automatically, there was no refrigerator in the room, the usual free amenities of shampoo, etc were never re-filled, and the paint in the bathtub was peeling off in strips.

3. The Belmont Hotel in Dallas charges the rate of an upscale luxury hotel, however provides the comfort and amenities of a Super 8.
