6. Though the manager can around 7:30 AM and I made several calls, It was only a couple of hours and messages latter that a front desk staff person (not the manager) finally returned a message and told me meds were there.

Though I am local and the hotel had my mobile number, no one called and when I found that the bag was missing I immediately called and was told the day manager had left and that neither the night manager nor anyone else on property overnight could check the lost and found, depriving me of antibiotics and asthma meds.

8. That morning at checkout we told the front desk what had happened, but got an 'I'm sorry' and 'Thank you for staying with us' We asked to speak to a Manager, waited about 10 minutes and no on came so we left.
