1. The staff was very helpful at check in and at the valet stand.

2. Parking became a hassle because I was not aware of the cost or the rules; I found out that since I was a state employee that my valet was free, at least back in Feb 2010 but I don't know about now since I hear management has now changed everything.

3. I would recommend valet, rather than the parking garage across the street because valet was $20 a day and we could come and go as many times as necessary, where self-parking in the garage cost $12 dollars, each time you left and returned.

4. Although I had to wait quite a while for an attendant to even show up to take my car when I arrived, after that, I dealt with the valet supervisor, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

9. the Pro's: the suite style lay out was nice the living and bedroom areas are separate, valet was fast, close to everything downtown, aveda products, comfortable bed.

10. We used the valet service provided, well worth the $20/night (no additional charge for in/out), they were always super fast even when we waited until we went down to the lobby ask for the car.
