7. I think (now I'm speculating) that the reason I found some inaccuracies in other reviews (like no full length mirror) is that because after reading those reviews the manager actually followed up and made any changes or improvements where needed.

8. I understand that the manager has little to no control as to the actions of others in the hotel but I was extremely displeased with our experience at Hotel Indigo.
