1. Our room was HUGE and had beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, pillows, high-end bedding, great Bose radio, very clean, so quiet it was hard to believe there were others in the hotel.

3. They made our honeymoon so special - hand written notes, chocolates and champagne, stored luggage for 3 weeks, every staff member knew our name, we had monogrammed pillow-slips and they bent over backwards to help us get around Dallas and see the sights.

From personable concierge service to fantastic pillows, everything exceeded my expectations, with amazing attention to detail For instance, while waiting for the shuttle (which was a luxury town car - not a hotel bus) the concierge served us a glass of champagne and made pleasant conversation about what not to miss in Dallas, as well as historical tidbits about the hotel.

7. The hotel emailed a questionnaire along with confirmation that allowed me to specify our need for a roll away bed as well as preferences for pillows, etc. This was really a nice touch as we checked in rather late the first evening and didn't have to worry about things being ready for us.
