3. I will note that upon check-out, we had a female front desk manager and she was outstanding in customer service.

4. Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating and there were a number of small touches (a follow-up note from the concierge, a cup of coffee that materialized during check-out, advice from the doorman, etc.) that really took our experience to another level.
