2. Arriving early on a Friday, we were offered the use of a Lexus for 2 of the 3 days of our stay at no additional charge as well as a multitude of options for sightseeing, shopping, and dining from the conceirge.

7. In this day/age, when the hotel probably has a T1 line to connect to the Rosewood corporate offices, I don't understand the need for an annoying daily charge.
