1. The check-in was flawless; the service (and food) at both the bar and in the breakfast room were great; my guest room was very well appointed and had all of the creature comforts of a 5 star property, including a sound bar for an I-Pod, etc. My only complaint, which would not prevent me from returning, was the bathrooms.
