1. For those reading this, Comfort Inn just down the street has the same discount rate if you are a Cleveland Clinic Patient, and Windham Hotel also has a discount rate.

2. Had I not seen the manager at the front desk previously, I would have been afraid to let him into my room (travelling alone), because he was wearing street clothes and looked unprofessional.

3. First of all, location scary, scummy, ghetto area of Cleveland, directly across the street from a major bus stop where homeless people hung out.
