2. Renovations need done, housekeeping needs to clean better, staff need to be better responsive to customer`s concerns, and an exterminator called.

3. There was one bath towel/2 washclothes for two people; the bed smelled like someone's BO had infiltrated the mattress; housekeeping showed up to change the bedding around 5:15 p.m.; the carpet looked like it hadn't been shampooed in decades; etc. I can truthfully say I've NEVER been at a hotel this filthy and disgusting in my life.

4. 6 lights all without lightbulbs!how does housekeeping miss this, and if they dont care about lights then what else are they not caring about.
