1. For those reading this, Comfort Inn just down the street has the same discount rate if you are a Cleveland Clinic Patient, and Windham Hotel also has a discount rate.

2. Definitely do not book online, call the hotel directly as they have a discounted rate for family of hospital patients and for long stays will give you a weekly rate instead of a nightly one.
