We arrived at the hotel Jan 13th and were very impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and the personalized service provided by the front desk, bellmen, etc. Once in our room (1 bdrm with living rm, bath, and small kitchenette) we were taken by the cleanliness, and attention to detail everywhere - including 2 large flat screen tvs.
