5. I had a minor problem with my bill that was resolved only after mulitple telephone calls and lots of attitude.

6. Room was nice, clean, spacious, reception in bound was lovely, but I was given incorrect information on billing and I was warned twice that if I smoked in the room (I'm not a smoker) I would be charged $500.
