2. The other hotels in the beachwood area at this price point (169/night) have pools and they have the light dinner snack every evening - this was our only choice because it was the only one that allowed a dog, had two bedrooms and a kitchen.

4. The other hotel (courtyard marriott) that we normally stayed at keeps raising its prices and honestly, it is not worth paying two rooms for what we can get at this new property we had just stayed at.
