5. The other hotels in the beachwood area at this price point (169/night) have pools and they have the light dinner snack every evening - this was our only choice because it was the only one that allowed a dog, had two bedrooms and a kitchen.

7. I called the front desk to find out if there were towels at the pool and found myself in a 'Who's On First?' style routine and after 90 seconds I still didn't know if there were towels at the pool (there were).
