6. The manager, Ronna Steifvater, defended Cynthia's actions, accused me of lying about the time line, the circumstances and belligerently asked 'What did I want from them?' This treatment was undeserved and we do not feel we should have been subjected to the constant movement of rooms and finally the intimidation by the manager.

7. The hotel was average and service was ok during my stay but the real problem came in September when Daniel the incompetent manager decided to bill my debit card I provided for incendentals without any warning for my entire stay and then refused to correct the charges saying UNC never paid them and it was up to me to resolve it with UNC.
