2. Our room had a king bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, flat screen tv, coffee maker, basic bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer etc. They were undergoing some renovations but that was not a problem for us.

The room was relatively clean, but there were a couple of glaring errors by housekeeping (which I always attribute to poor management/poor training): upon opening the little lotion bottle toiletry in our bathroom, we found the lotion top was caked with old, dried-out lotion; there was a completed hotel evaluation form in our room.

8. Great staff, good location, lots of little extras - a lending library, fireplace in the lobby, etc.This time, for the first time, I had an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom.
