2. I said I didn't know what that had to do with the room not being cleaned up, but I had towels that needed changing, trash to pick up, a bed to make.

4. The manager got very huffy with me, kept blamming me for having used the do not disturb sign, and said if I brought her the dirty towels to the front desk, she would give me some clean ones.
