1. At 12:00 noon no one had cleaned the room so I called the desk to see when they would be coming and the manager, at this point appropriately friendly, said the cleaning staff worked until 3:00 and would get there by then.

I mistakenly thought I booked 4 nights and upon my husband's return to his room on the 4th day, he was locked out and threatened with having his belongings thrown out of the room After he explained the situation, he still got attitude from the manager who proceeded to charge him twice the quoted price for the extra room.

6. The manager got very huffy with me, kept blamming me for having used the do not disturb sign, and said if I brought her the dirty towels to the front desk, she would give me some clean ones.

7. There is something terribly, terribly wrong with the managers of this motel.

8. Although the room was nice and location good, the treatment by the front desk managers was the worst I have ever experienced in 30 years of world travel.
