1. We used this service multiple times during our stay and our drivers (Kevin, Anthony, and one other driver whose name we didn't catch) each time were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on where to go and some background history on some of the monuments and landmarks that we drove past on the way to our destination.

2. Cons- a little further from areas we were visiting but cabs were cheap when needed and shuttle service at hotel is free.

3. The morning breakfast was a delight, with a large variety of foods to choose from such as; a fruit bowl, yogurt, omelettes, bagels, etc. The front desk staff were helpful, professional and pleasant, they gave us great service.

5. There isn't much nearby for food but with breakfast included, McDonalds one block away, cafe in the hotel and free shuttle service it isn't a big deal.
