1. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager (Philip Tucker) made a point of walking around the breakfast bar each morning asking guests if they had any problems and how their stay was going.

6. The best thing about this hotel was that the manager is sensitive to the needs of its guests who have family members staying at the hospital with life-threatening illnesses.

7. We were surprised to find that on top of the Hampton Inn free breakfast they offered fare such as tacos compliments of the manager 5:30-7:00pm.

8. I addressed this with the Manager who apologized and said he would mail a 'Be My Guest Certificate' to our home since our perepaid rate could not be refunded.
