2. Afternoon tea and cookies, coffee and hot water always set up, clean rooms and hallways, breakfast very good and employee works the breakfast bar keeping it freshened throughout breakfast time.

8. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager (Philip Tucker) made a point of walking around the breakfast bar each morning asking guests if they had any problems and how their stay was going.
