6. I spoke to the assistant manager of the Hotel, Nathan --, and pointed that I had quoted the rate I thought I was paying upon check in, and was angry that the clerk did not point out to be that I was about to be charged over twice the rate I thought I was incurring.

10. When we returned to the hotel late that night, we advised the desk manager of our situation and were able to cancel the remainder of our reservation without penalty.
