1. You can take a walk over the bridge to the North End and see the Old North Church , Paul Reveres house, or to check out a good Italian restaurant or bakery.

2. There was only 1 member of staff at the desk at lunch time when it is the busiest time as people were checking out, she was trying to check out ,check people in & answer the phone so it was impossible to do it right.
