3. Pluses - Room #918 was newly renovated, with a flatscreen, pillowtop, updated plumbing fixtures, etc. We were near the elevators, but it was quiet and there was no street noise.

4. The hotel is next to the fire station and apparently the street outside the hotel is used for illegal drag racing because that is what went on during the night.

8. Only downsides are the fire department is directly across the street, so a room either off to the side or on the back of the hotel (West Tower included) should be a little quieter.

10. Unfortunately, I found out that the largest firehouse in Baltimore is almost right across the street so ask for a room on the upper floors on the side opposite of the firehouse.
