3. I did get a member of the bell staff to help with luggage upon check-in, however, there was none available at check-out.

4. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful; however, it is a small staff, so allow adequate time for check-in/check-out, especially if you need the valet services or if you're checking out right at noon along with everyone else.

5. We booked through Hotel Magic, Dorian, the front desk manager, was able to answer all of our questions and was an amazing help during our reservation check in experience.

6. On check in the staff were very friendly however, the check in clerk didn't have a pen and had to go into the back office to get one.
