2. While thankful to those who tried to correct or compensate for the difficulties we encountered---they deducted $50 from our final bill--I would never stay at this hotel or any of its related properties.

3. While a bit pricey the hotel offered a 'goverment' rate to state employees which knocked about $20 off the bill - which was nice as that helped pay for the valet parking.

7. The price the website submitted to us was $251 and some odd cents, making our room rate $209 + tax, the bill showed it as $239 + tax.

9. Imagine if I had not looked so thoroughly at the bill, I would easily be paying them $1,000 over what should have been charged.
