8. (An extra plus for me was that I could cool the room down to the upper 60's - - I was in heaven!) I also liked having free wireless internet in my room.

9. It suited us fine for what we wanted but for this price we have stayed in rooms with a far more luxurious feel in downtown Washington for example though admittedly without breakfast thrown in.
