1. We arrived very early after a red eye flight and I knew we would not be able to check in yet but the staff welcomed us, held our bags, let us eat breakfast and made note that we were there so that our room would be ready as soon as possible.

3. Our check-in was quick and trouble free and the manager insisted that if there was anything that we needed, we shouldn't hesitate to get in touch with him directly.

9. Positives- Clean, decent rooms that were well equipped, extremely nice staff, got to check in early and parking was only 29 dollars for basically a day an a half of valet, very close to inner harbor.
