2. We got dessert and a late night snack from Kozmo's (the bread pudding is amazing), we had breakfast twice at Grille 700, the buffet is soo good and the price is very reasonable, they even have a waffle bar and an omelet bar, and we got these amazing chocolate filled pastries from the little deli type restaurant.

3. We had a conference rate for the hotel, so the price was affordable, the regular rate seemed a bit high to me.

4. The staff are very helpful and aim to please--several chatted with me about great places for happy hour (try RA sushi a few blocks east, with half price apps and discounted drinks 4-7, or Mela in Fells Point) and restaurants when the concierge was busy.

8. We did get room service for breakfast (much more reasonable prices) and it was good, although there is an excellent breakfast buffet downstairs in the morning that would have been less money (but, it was nice to relax in the room and pamper ourselves a bit with the room service).
