1. I think if you're staying at the hotel and paying the kind of rates that they charge your parking should be free or at least a minimal charge.

7. It may be worth noting that there was a mistake in my reservation (which was made more than 2 months in advance) but I did get comped with a waterfront view at no extra charge, so that somewhat made up for it and was a nice gesture.

The only thing I will say as a 'let down' was that when we arrived we were asked (we are Elite Members and it was our anniversary) what we would like to have brought to us as a 'thank you' and we were told that we could use the Concierge Lounge for a free breakfast the next morning and to enjoy snacks and beverages and the view without a charge.
