4. Front desk reps were not knowledgeable about room locations and did not appear knowledgeable or proficient on the use of computers; the apparent desk manager was uninterested in assisting, even after a problem was apparent, and instead, opted for small talk.

5. I immediately received a note from the manager letting us know to contact them upon our arrival and they would accomodate any request from our son so that he could enjoy an allergen free meal.

9. The only shining star was Tyrone, who after countless phone calls to the front desk and the managers themselves (some of which went unanswered) to procure a taxi; actually went outside the hotel and within minutes had a cab waiting for us curb side.
