1. The TV needs to be updated, however, it was a 25 inch TV, showed well, and had lots of good cable channels available.

3. Microwave, Coffee maker (not a cettle for tea), Fridge, TV cable, free WiFi, no-frill bathroom (toilet and bath), seperate wash basin, big wardrobe for hanging clothes.
