1. I stayed at Westin from April 30th to May 3rd, sincce I arrived the bellbuttler offer help with my luggage very friendly, the check in was perfect, I even arrived early and they had the room ready, Room service was excellent, fast and great presentation, the staff is very helpful and they always ofer help, the room was nice and the maid did a good job keeping my room very clean, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everyone was very helpful, Manuel at check-in (we were early and he and Vance secured our luggage), Amanda at the desk, Aron bell hop, various wait staff (we ate most of our meals here), Robert and Chris at Valet coordinated our day trips so we never had to wait on a cab (cab availability is a Las Vegas challenge).

6. The hotel is in good condition, check-in is quick and fast and if there is a wait in the main check-in line one of the agents walks you over to their VIP check-in, so that's something that great and one doesn't see in other hotels.
