5. Monday at 9:45 am 40 minutes in line, charged $20 for early check-in and room wasn't ready for another hour?(stayed at Golden Nugget for three days previous and no extra charge there for check-in same time) Only 1 or 2 of the staff I spoke to seemed even remotely happy, All others were surly and miserable.
